WONDERS OF MEXICO

10 Days | 09 Nights

AZTEC AND MAYAN EMPIRE, RELAXATION ON THE “CARIBBEAN” MAYAN RIVIERA AND SANCTUARY OF GUADALUPE

Includes: Chichen Itza “Wonder of the World + Xcaret Theme Park”

Mexico is a wonderful country, known for beaches on the Pacific and Gulf of Mexico, and its diverse landscape of mountains, deserts and jungles. Ancient ruins, such as Teotihuacan and the Mayan city of Chichen Itza, are scattered throughout the country, as are cities from the Spanish colonial era. In the capital Mexico City, elegant shops, famous museums and gourmet restaurants are part of modern life.

Mexico is one of the largest countries in the world, and also one of the most populated. This country, whose history dates back fourteen thousand years, became independent from Spanish colonization in 1810. Its status as a world tourist destination is due in part to the fact that it has 32 World Heritage Sites.

The wonders of Mexico

Mexico itself contains a melting pot of cultures, gastronomy, landscapes, ancient monuments and great cities. In our itinerary we will see the most emblematic places of this wonderful Latin American country.

SUGGESTED FLIGHT ITINERARYO

For departures where we offer the option to include a flight, the itinerary will be confirmed at most 3 months before flying, as there are usually schedule changes by the airline.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Our experiences are outside the accommodation, so these are only used for a break, a shower, etc. We will stay in a mix of 3* hostels carefully selected based on location, service and cleanliness. Accommodation will be arranged at check-in at each hostel. You will be able to choose who to share a room with at each destination. Rooms are usually double, matrimonial or triple with private bathroom.

LEADER

We travel in groups and we travel as friends. The leader's goal is to guide the tour from start to finish and will always aim to help you have the best trip possible. The leader has the ability to provide information about the places you are traveling to, offer suggestions on what to do and see. While he will not be a guide in the traditional sense, as you will have local professional guides at the destinations indicated, he will always have extensive general knowledge of the countries you are visiting, including historical and social aspects. Feel free to ask him questions or rely on him.

FLEXIBILITY

Due to our style of travel and the regions we visit, trips can be unpredictable. This is why there is a certain amount of flexibility built into the itinerary and on occasion, alterations may be necessary. In addition, any travel times are only approximations and are subject to change due to local circumstances such as holidays, strikes, unfavorable weather or other factors that may change the original tour itinerary. The traveler agrees that the trip may have delays in train, bus or other transportation schedules and that the person responsible for re-assigning a new itinerary in the event of a change or cancellation is the final operators and not directly Imperios Travel. Re-assignment may be on the next train or bus or other transportation. The information contained in this document and itinerary has been compiled with care and is provided with the best intentions. Our goal is to always offer you the most rewarding experience. And rest assured that it will be.

PUNCTUALITY

In the event that a traveler does not show up on time for the agreed meeting point at any of the tour's meeting points, the leader and the rest of the group must continue their tour without waiting for the traveler who did not arrive on time. It will be the traveler's responsibility to meet the group at the next meeting point.

PASSPORT REQUIRED

It is the responsibility of each traveler, according to their nationality, to obtain the passport required to leave their country and enter Mexico. It is necessary to verify the validity of this passport in order to take part in the tour. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the tour.

That is why we do not allow any type of luggage other than a backpack on this tour. The transport of your luggage remains your responsibility at all times.

THEFT OR LOSS

Luggage, personal documents, money, as well as other personal items of the traveler, are transported at the expense, responsibility and risk of the traveler, without our company or tour leader being responsible for any loss, theft or damage that the traveler may suffer before, during and after the tour for any reason, for this reason, if the traveler wishes, he/she may contract on his/her own an insurance that covers any of these mishaps. In case of loss or theft of a passport, the traveler must go to the consulate of the country of the traveler's nationality nearest to him/her for the replacement procedure. Every traveler is different and therefore has different money needs. Some travelers may drink more than others, while other travelers buy more souvenirs than most. Please keep in mind your own spending habits when it comes to optional activities, drinks, shopping, or tipping.

LAUNDRY

Laundry services are offered by some of our hostels. There will be times when it will be possible to wash dirty clothes, so we suggest bringing a mini bag of detergent soap, or buying it on site.
