Continue your journey through the vineyards and dunes of Ica, then ascend to the high plateau and sail the sacred waters of Lake Titicaca in Puno. Finally, arrive in Cusco, the legendary capital of the Inca Empire, and visit the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu.

ITINERARY

DAY 01: “ARRIVAL IN LIMA”

Upon arrival in Lima, either at the airport or bus terminal, our staff will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Afterward, we will transfer you in our tour vehicle to your pre-selected hotel, where you can settle in at your leisure.

The rest of the day will be free for you to relax after your trip or explore Peru's charming capital at your own pace.

DAY 02: “FULL DAY ICA - PARACAS”

On our second day of the tour, we'll stop for a breakfast of coffee, juices, artisan breads, and chicharrón, the perfect way to start the day with energy.

We'll arrive at the Paracas pier at approximately 9:30 a.m., where we'll pass through the SERNAMP checkpoint before heading to the Ballestas Islands.

Aboard the speedboats, we'll enjoy a two-hour marine experience, beginning with a view of the mysterious geoglyph "The Candelabro," whose history will be explained by the guide. We'll continue the tour surrounded by a wide variety of creatures, including sea lions, Humboldt penguins, guano birds, and even dolphins.

Afterward, we'll head to Ica, where we'll arrive at the "Cultura Pisco" restaurant and vineyard, an ideal place to enjoy a delicious lunch. There, we'll have the opportunity to learn about the winemaking process and participate in an exclusive tasting of local wines and piscos.

Our last stop will be the Huacachina Oasis. Here, we'll board the tubular rafts to explore the sand dunes and go sandboarding from the top of the desert. If you love photography, you can take advantage of the scenery and take photo sessions.

We'll conclude our unforgettable adventure with a bus ride to the city of Nazca.

DAY 03: “NAZCA LINES - ICA”

The adventure to the Nazca Lines begins with a flight to the Ica airfield, a space designated for tourist air operations. Here, we’ll prepare for the exciting flight over the enigmatic geoglyphs. However, before takeoff, we’ll receive a brief briefing that will allow us to learn more about the history and significance of these impressive figures carved in the desert.

During the Nazca Lines flight, we’ll enjoy a privileged view of some of the most iconic geoglyphs: the monkey, the hummingbird, the spider, the astronaut, the dog, the condor, and the whale, among other drawings that are striking in their size and precision.

At the end of this aerial experience, we’ll return you to your hotel so you can relax. Finally, we’ll take the bus back to Lima, marking the end of this tour full of history, mystery, and unforgettable landscapes.

DAY 04: “ARRIVAL IN PUNO”

Upon arrival in Puno, the folkloric capital of Peru, you will be greeted at the airport or bus terminal by one of our agents, who will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. We will then transfer you in our tour vehicle to your hotel so you can rest or prepare for the next day's tour.

The rest of the day will be free for you to explore and enjoy the charming city of Puno at your own pace.

DAY 05: “UROS AND TAQUILE ISLANDS - PUNO”

Continuing our tour, we will visit Uros Island. This unique archipelago is made up of artificial islands built by the Uros people using totora reeds, an aquatic plant abundant in Lake Titicaca. Here, you will observe how the islanders have managed to maintain their traditional lifestyle, living on the water and using totora reeds to build both their homes and boats.

Our next stop will be Taquile Island, where textiles are much more than an art; they are an essential part of the local culture, conveying the history and worldview of its inhabitants. Prepare to enjoy an authentic cultural experience, filled with dances, crafts, and the warmth of the island's hospitality.

The tour also includes a memorable gastronomic experience. You will enjoy a typical lunch in Taquile with a panoramic view of Lake Titicaca. The menu includes an appetizer, a main course such as grilled trout, and a selection of hot infusions. You will also have the option to choose a vegetarian option.

DAY 06: “ROUTE OF THE SUN - ARRIVAL IN CUSCO”

On the sixth day of our journey, we begin the day with pickup from your accommodation, heading for a route steeped in history and unforgettable Andean landscapes. Our first stop will be the charming town of Pucará, renowned for its artisanal heritage and the famous "pucara bull” a symbol of protection and prosperity in the Andes.

We continue to the highest point of the journey: La Raya Pass. This mountainous area, which serves as a natural border between the regions of Cusco and Puno, offers breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains and the source of the Vilcanota River, making it a perfect spot for capturing panoramic photographs.

Afterward, we'll stop at the San Pedro restaurant, where a delicious buffet lunch awaits us. The menu offers a variety of dishes for all tastes, including meat, fish, vegetarian options, and natural soft drinks.

Continuing our adventure, we will arrive at Raqchi, a remarkable Inca archaeological complex dedicated to the god Wiracocha, an Andean deity from ancient Peru. Its monumental structures, with their high walls, reflect the architectural mastery of the Incas. Afterward, we will head to Andahuaylillas, where we will explore its majestic church, nicknamed the "Sistine Chapel of the Americas," famous for its murals, gilded altars, and colonial-era artwork.

Before returning to Cusco, time permitting, we will make a brief stop in Oropesa, a town famous for its artisanal breads known as "chuta." Finally, we will arrive at your hotel in Cusco, where you can rest or enjoy a stroll through the captivating historic center.

DAY 07: “CUSCO CITY TOUR”

Beginning the seventh day of our adventure, we will pick you up from your hotel and begin a fascinating tour of the city of Cusco and its surroundings. Our first stop will be the imposing Temple of Qoricancha, also known as the Temple of the Sun, considered the most sacred and important site of the ancient Tahuantinsuyu Empire.

We will then continue with a visit to the impressive ruins near the city:

  • Sacsayhuamán: a majestic fortress located 5 kilometers from the historic center.
  • Qenqo: an ancient sacred amphitheater dedicated to the god Puma, where ceremonies and sacrifices were held.
  • Pucapucara: known as the "red fortress" for the hue it's stones take on at sunset.
  • Tambomachay: a ceremonial temple dedicated to water.

After completing this visit to Cusco's archaeological sites, we will return to the hotel.

DAY 08: “SACRED VALLEY MACHU PICCHU CONNECTION”

On the eighth day of our itinerary, between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., we will pick up your hotel to begin a day filled with history and unforgettable landscapes in the majestic Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will begin with a visit to the archaeological complex of Pisac, known for its agricultural terraces, ceremonial structures, and vibrant artisan market, where the cultural essence of the Andes is breathed.

We'll continue our journey towards the Vilcanota River until we reach Urubamba, the heart of the valley, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch featuring the finest indigenous ingredients.

In the afternoon, we will Ollantaytambo travel, a fascinating archaeological site that preserves its original Inca urban layout. There, we will visit the temples, fortresses, and terraces, all testaments to the great ingenuity of the Inca civilization.

On the way back to Cusco, we will stop in the picturesque town of Chinchero, famous for its textile heritage and for being home to ancient temples and the palace of the Inca Túpac Yupanqui, whose ruins still preserve their grandeur.

At the end of the tour, we will return to Cusco. Later, we will board the train at the Ollantaytambo station bound for Machu Picchu Town (Aguas Calientes). Upon arrival, you will be greeted and taken to your accommodation to rest and prepare for the next day's experience.

DAY 09: “DAWN IN MACHUPICCHU”

Very early in the morning of the ninth day, we will head to the bus station to begin the ascent to the imposing citadel of Machu Picchu, also known as the Lost City of the Incas.

Once at the archaeological site, we will begin a guided tour of its most representative structures, such as the Mirador, the Temple of the Three Windows, the Main Plaza, and the enigmatic Intihuatana, all of which showcase the architectural and spiritual richness of the Andean world.

At the end of the tour, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time to have lunch, rest, or explore the town at your own pace. Later, we will board the train back to Cusco. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting to take you safely and comfortably to your hotel.

DAY 10: “RETURN”

At the end of this wonderful tour of Peru, and according to your ticket schedule, we will transfer you from your hotel to the airport or the corresponding bus station.
